SERVICE POLICY
All products has one year coverage. If, the item has a physical defect, normally it's beyond economical repair. In this case, the coverage is void. If, the item is inoperative, customers should contact the manufacturer to request a RMA number. If, the item has a electronic defect, the manufacturer is not liable for accidental default because the customer has possession of the part and shall pay a component fee for part replacement. Customers shall pay a shipping charge for the return item and the manufacturer shall do likewise.
